ms sql server 2005 express de bağlantı hatası

Arkadaşlar, 1 yıldır çalışan 2005 express 2 gündür aşağıdaki mesajı veriyor,

"Cannot conect to MAINSRV. timeout expired. the timeout period elapsed. prior to complation of the operation or the server is not responding"

serverı kapatır açar yada Servislerde "running" leri stop, start yaparsam tekrar bağlanılıyor.
